The Seisto Philosophy

Book I

The Seistic Scrolls book is full of writings about a new type of philosophy, a new way to organize and create a lifestyle which suits you.

It instructs how to handle thinking and reaction. It goes from the inner world all the way to the outer. All of the exercises and mind guides were all brought together to form a philosophy that can be used by anyone at any time. It talks about aesthetics, negatives and positives.

Manifestations, facing who you are and destroying it naturally in order to build you up again, only better this time. This is the Seistic Philosophy.

Main Teachings of the Seisto Philosophy

For now, you are a traveller and an observer of the world.

You will learn how to control yourself through life, this is the destiny laid out for anyone who seeks to improve. There is the destination of the discomfort which must be met, in order to grow accustomed to it.

Accept Unpredictability

Induce Change

Understand the balance of Chaos & Order

Override Distractions

Change is built, not achieved

Sit with Pain & Happiness

Firstly, we have the introduction on why you should read this philosophy and how philosophy shapes you and changes you. It’s about looking in the mirror and seeing what needs to be changed or moulded again. It’s why you should begin in the first place.

Then, we have the Four Phases which are explained through a detailed description of why they are important to follow and which phase to complete first.

Then, we have the lessons which are a combination of writings describing important traits of Seisticism who offer tips and advice on how to best practise them. At the end of every third chapter, there is a section called REMINDERS which is important to read as it clearly states what is at the core of each lesson.

Then we have the Seistic Philosophy, which is the detailed history and explanation of what it is, what are its roots, the creation of it and practice. The fourth chapter is the Author’s Tale which encompasses the story of how Seistic philosophy came to be.

Lastly there is the symbol of Seisticism and the meaning of the symbol. This is all encompassed in the Book I of the Seisto Philosophy.
